Abstracts can only be submitted online.

Abstracts will be accepted for oral and poster presentations and shall be limited to a minimum of 150 and a maximum of 250 words (excluding authors, title ext.) no later than ;30 April 2024.

Abstracts should not include figures, tables, and references.

Based on the abstracts received, a review will be done by the Session Organizer to select papers for the Congress and to determine the most appropriate format –oral or poster.

If an abstract is selected, at least one author must register for Congress (before the end of early-bird registration) and present the paper. All authors are expected to meet their own expenses to attend the congress; this includes the congress registration fee, travel, and accommodation.

All accepted abstracts will be included in the congress proceedings.
